Personalization

Will the shipping time be extended if I order my journal or notebook with personalization?

No, personalization does not extend the shipping time! We do our best to ensure that every order, whether personalized or not, is shipped by the next business day at the latest.

Can I use more than one line of text for personalization?

We standardly offer the personalization of one line of text to maintain the aesthetics and design of the journals and notebooks. However, if you have special requests for additional text, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will check whether we can implement your wishes.

Is the personalization on the cover permanently durable?

Yes, the personalization is designed to last a long time and should not peel or fade with normal use and handling. We are not aware of any counterexamples so far.
