Our goal is to always provide reliable shipping. Therefore, we regrettably no longer ship worldwide and have had to exclude some countries where issues were more frequent.

You can easily check the countries we ship to during the checkout process. Generally, we ship to the USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Oceania, and most Asian countries.

Since August 2025, all imports into the U.S. are subject to duties – even small packages below $800, which wasn't the case before.

We’ve worked really hard to find a solution. With so many wonderful customers in the US – and even plans to move part of our business there – it was super important for us to make this work smoothly for you.

To make things simple for you, we now ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). That means: all duties and taxes are already included at checkout – and your order arrives worry-free at your doorstep, with no extra fees on delivery. So you don’t need to worry about unexpected costs or delays.

And what’s even crazier: we’ve also improved our delivery speed:

In over 50% of all orders, your package now arrives the very next business day after we hand it over to FedEx. Usually, it takes us just one business day to personalize and pack your order – and then FedEx delivers it the very next day. That means most orders now arrive in only 2 business days ✨

Import duties may apply to some countries outside the EU, but this varies depending on the recipient country. Within the EU, there are no duties.

Yes, within a collection, all our planners have the same content, despite varying cover colors. Every year, we present a new collection with an exclusive and special inner design with much passion and love. Occasionally, we still have some planners from previous collections in stock, which can then be found for a short time in our "Discounts" category. However, it's worth being quick as these sell out rapidly!

Yes, that’s exactly the advantage of our undated planners! You can start using them at any time, regardless of the year or month.

Even though the planner starts in January and ends in December, no specific dates are given. This means for you: You can start in April, August, or whenever you wish, and still use it for 12 months. You simply enter the correct dates in the designated spaces yourself.

For this to work, each month has 5 weekly pages, offering you full flexibility. So, it can happen that some daily fields remain empty at the beginning or end of a month. But don't worry, that’s quite normal for an undated calendar and gives you the freedom to use it as you wish.

Our planners are available in two different versions:

1. Colored version: This planner features full-color designs that are ready to use and offer a vibrant and colorful layout.
2. Black-and-White version: In this planner, the designs are presented as outlines. The special thing about it is that you have the opportunity to color the drawings according to your own ideas. It's essentially a creative planner where you can take control of the color design while the linework is already pre-drawn for you.

Choose the colored version if you want to enjoy our hand-drawn designs in full color. Or opt for the black-and-white version if you enjoy coloring and want to personalize your planner!

Yes, within a month, each page follows the same design theme, ensuring a harmonious overall appearance. Nonetheless, every turn of the page brings a new surprise, and it never gets boring, as each illustration is a hand-painted unique piece.

We standardly offer the personalization of one line of text to maintain the aesthetics and design of the planners and notebooks. However, if you have special requests for additional text, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will check whether we can implement your wishes.
